I kept the product only because of its ability to convert, edit, and combine pdfs. I finally had to buy DocUSign to allow for effective, consistent signature process and abandon the PDF Elements signature function since it was not reliable. Only to have the same process occur over and over. Finally when able to get support - had to re-download my product again. Contacting support was not easy - often no response what-so-ever. Firstly with the document signature plan even though I had a paid version, it inconsistently allowed me to use the signature process. I have had this pdfelement for a couple of years and have consistently had issues.
